General Questions

What is Tutor Cerdas?

Tutor Cerdas is an online learning platform that helps students and lecturers in the online teaching and learning process. With this application, students can access lecture materials, assignments, and exams online, while lecturers can manage lecture materials, assignments, and exams online.
To register, click the "Register" button on the main page, then fill out the registration form with your personal data. After that, you will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
Yes, Tutor Cerdas can be used for free for all users. You can access various materials and classes available at no cost.
After logging in, you can search for available classes and join them. For students, you need to enter the class code provided by the lecturer. For general users, you can directly access available classes.

For Students

After joining a class, you can access all lecture materials uploaded by the lecturer through the "Materials" menu on the class page.
To take an exam, go to the class you are enrolled in, select the material that has an exam, then click the "Start Exam" button. Make sure you complete the exam before the allotted time ends.
You can view your grades through the class page. Grades will be displayed after the lecturer provides an assessment or after you complete the online exam.
You can use the discussion feature available in each material. There is a group discussion to discuss with all class participants, and a private discussion to communicate directly with the lecturer.

For Lecturers

To create a new class, log in as a lecturer, then select the "Classes" menu and click the "Create New Class" button. Fill in the class information such as class name, course, and description.
You can invite students by sharing the class code or sending invitations via email. Students can join by entering the class code on their page.
On the class page, click the "Add Material" button, then fill in the material title, description, and upload the material file you want to share. You can upload various file formats such as PDF, DOC, PPT, and video.
On the material page, select the "Exam Questions" menu, then click "Add Question". You can create multiple choice questions by determining the correct answer and the score weight for each question.

Technical Support

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, enter your email, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Click the profile menu in the top right corner, then select "Edit Profile". There you can change your profile photo, name, and other information.

Getting Started

Basic steps to start using Tutor Cerdas

1. Create Account

Register by filling out the registration form. Choose your role as student, lecturer, or general user.

2. Login

Log in using the email and password you registered.

3. Join a Class

For students, enter the class code from the lecturer. For general users, access publicly available classes.

Student Guide

Accessing Classes
After logging in, open the "Classes" menu to see your enrolled classes. Click on a class to view details and materials.
Studying Materials
On the class page, you will find available materials. Click on a material to read and download files.
Taking Pretests
Before accessing materials, you may need to complete a pretest to measure your initial understanding.
Taking Exams
After studying the materials, complete available exams. Pay attention to time limits.
Discussions
Use group discussion feature to ask lecturers questions and discuss with classmates.
Viewing Grades
Your grades will appear after the lecturer provides assessment or after completing online exams.
Getting Certificates
After successfully completing a class, you can download a completion certificate.

Lecturer Guide

Creating Classes
Open "Classes" menu and click "Create New Class". Fill in class name, course, and description.
Inviting Students
Share the class code with students or use the invite via email feature.
Uploading Materials
Click "Add Material" to create new materials. Upload PDF, DOC, PPT, video files, and more.
Creating Pretests & Exams
